I am looking to buy an air purifier. I have a fairly small apartment. So I am looking to freshen it up a bit. I dont really want to spend more than 0. I saw the ficus tree one and it looks nice since it looks like a plant. Any suggestions?
I know air purifier uses UV light to kill bacteria, but the one air purifier I own is B&Y Air purifier is using something like Sterilization Filter. You can check out their technology http://www.byinternational.com/home_office_air_purifiers_BY750.htm
Okay well I own a 2000 ford mustang with a k&n filter charger in it, it's my first car and I don't know all that much about it so I was just wondering how do I clean the filter? I know how to access and remove it all I need to know id what I can or rather should do in order to clean it. I wanted to spray it with a hose but my grandpa told me not to. I can post a picture of the actual filter and housing if requested
need to replace part on 2002 pontiac sunfire which dealership has on backorder. thay say it's called air cleaner resonator. my owner manual doesn't label the part in the diagrams & i can't find a picture of the engine anywhere to see for myself. is there another name for it?
i have a K&N filter on my car, its been through about 10k miles and its looking a bit nastly, especially since it sits right in front of a vent so it get lots of incoming air (and debris). should i just buy a new one for or clean and re oil it?
Is the leak dangerous. Is it causing my problems with the pressure? Also all of a sudden, my hoses on my bottom mobile cleaner are being suctioned & kinked. Could it have anything to do with the pressure which is very low when I use the bottom mobile cleaner.

I want to clean the K & N air filter in my car, its a 2007 Ford Ikon, probably unheard of outside India. Point being, none of the shops here have the air filter cleaning kit. Is there any home grown and effective way to take care of this? Also, is it alright if the filter gets wet while an engine wash is being done?
I tried a K&N but it was to tall, had a 1 inch drop down. I need something to fit a 1050 dominator with atleast 2 inch drop. Any ideas or suggestions? It is going under a 67 camaro hood.
I need to clean my NEW air-walks if you need to know what they look like this is it: http://www.payless.com/store/product/detail.jsp?skuId=075426095&productId=66962&subCatId=&catId=cat10376&lotId=075426&category=&catdisplayName=Brands+
I have already forked out over 0 for a good air cleaner & a 0 carpet cleaner (Dyson). Yet, my house is still dusty and my allergies are out of control. I want to get a new air cleaner that really works. Any suggestions? Thanks!
I need the best quality out there. Provides an Ultra Violet light, cigar/cigarette smoke remover, allergy relief, cleans large room per hour, minimal maintenance costs.
I'm not talking about something from a spray can! This is a 0+ item that needs filters cleaned/replaced in aid for allergies & other health issues.
What of the Biozone air purifier?

Neici, thanks for the info, but I read multiple reports (including lawsuits by Sharper Image) that showed studies that the ionic/no air movement towers were almost entirely ineffective for many areas of cleaning needed. I still need to look further; thanks! though.... 041707 2:48
I borrowed a Hoover Deep Clean Steamvac to clean my carpet and it seems to be blowing air instead of sucking water & crud in. Any ideas?
Where is the intake tank latch? Is it the one to lock it into place or a different one?
