In the 27 years I've been driving I've heard that frequently replacing a car's air filter leads to better performance and gas mileage. However, since in the past several decades Americans have been lectured that all good things come from government, I only do what politicians and bureaucrats tell me to do. Therefore, I would like to know what Obama's position on clean air filters is before I spend the 10 bucks to buy a new one. Can anyone help me?
