Quality portable air cleaners at affordable prices
I have a Lennox furnace with a Healthy Climate Media Air Cleaner with a HCF20-16 filter. The replacement filters are 0 each from my local Lennox dealer. I have found them for 0 online. Does anyone know of any after market filters that fit this unit and are less expensive?
I have clean oil inside my air cleaner, what gives? There's also a film of oil on the right inner fender where the intake for the air cleaner cover points like is belching oil out of it. The engine is a stock 350ci V8 in a 1973 Monte Carlo.

I'm looking into buying an air cleaner/purifier. All I really want to do is to get rid of dusts floating in the air and I don't really care about removing others like odors and other invisible particles. I also don't want anything that creates ozon as I read that could cause bit of lung issue. I need one that will cover large area (at least 300 sq. ft). And I want to avoid expensive filters or maybe just have one that I can vaccum out. As for price, hopefully under 0. I've been searching on the web and haven't really run into the kind that I like or they were very expensive. If anyone knows one that I might like, please tell me. Thank you.
My engine is running too fast on my 1991 plymouth voyager mini van. I want to try and spray carb. and choke cleaner but don't know how and where to do it. Can you please kindly describe where I can find the air cleaner/butterfly thingy?
It has three valves each one with hose going to what appears to be the exhaust. I just removed it and it's really nasty and it had water in it. The vehicle is an 86 Mazda b2000. It does currently have a blown head gasket. I removed the thing from the air cleaner and it looks like it needs a gasket. Can I clean this thing in the sink? Lol it's really nasty.
I just replaced the headlight on my 1995 Toyota Corolla, and had to take off what the manual called an "air cleaner duct". I put it back on when I was done, but I'm not sure how well it is sealed with the duct below it. What does the duct do, and how important is it to get a good seal?

I need an air cleaner in eliminating pet particles, mold, dust mites, smoke, gases, etc.; preferably one that has a filter that can be just wiped off and put back in or filters that are not real expensive. I have heard that Carrier Air Purifers are the best but just not sure. Looking to clean/purify approx. 800 sq. ft. And does an air cleaner eliminate radon or others gases that possibly could be in a basement?
I'm in the market for an ionic air cleaner and I dont know much about them. I was reading a bit here and there and apparently they can increase your mood as well lessen depression among other things. Is that true and what are the other pros and cons? What is a good ionic air cleaner for a decent price?
The furnace and air cleaner say General Electric. But there is also a piece that says Honeywell? There was a disposable 16x20 filter inside next to the heavy metal filter.
