I am looking at this Kenmore True HEPA Plasma Air Cleaner" 85501," thats their name for it, and I have heard the process this type of Plasma Product uses is unhealthy. Cna anybody tell me about what this does and what health related effects it has, as well as sources? Details are important for this.
Has anyone with pet allergies tryed the Hepa Air Cleaner? How well does it work?

The check engine light is on and the rpm are all over the place at a red light, sometimes the engine shuts off. I checked in the air cleaner assembly and it looks like the cover box is broken where i think it should have some clips on the side where the air hose is. Any help?

I have a 1990 Chevy Caprice with a factory Chevy 350 tbi engine (vin code "7"). On the rear of the passenger side valve cover there is a hose that, from pictures i have seen, is supposed to connect to the side of the air cleaner, but its is missing the connecting hose. The house my wife and I purchased has a Triton Electronic Air Cleaner attached to the furnace. I know little about them. I was told to remove the inner unit periodically, and wash it in the dishwasher. I've done this on a six month bases.
The first couple of years, the unit would sometimes make an electrical snapping noise when dirt, etc. came in contact. The unit no longer seems to do this. Is it no longer working? The high voltage indicator lights are both on.

3.1 engine i have a hole in my air cleaner hose but it is taped up can this be the problem?
