I have asthma and allergies real bad and need relief. I bought an air purifier but it seems to dry the air out. I need relief to breathe while sleeping. Any suggestions?
Like what the style name is or another brand that is a good one?Thx.
I find that the suction force is much lesser when using the narrower nozzle. Any idea why? There are no cracks in the narrow nozzle.
P.S: Since the same amount of air is exhaled per unit of time whether using the broader nozzle or the narrower nozzle, more air must enter the nozzle per square inch when using a narrower nozzle, hence the suction force is expected to be more.
I'm overdue to clean it and I'd heard that compressed air was
effective on other electronics. I was going to use an attachment on my vacuum cleaner. Which method would be
better?
Thanks,
Brian
I want to eliminate the weired smell that we have in the bedroom.I need a quiet one so it can work all night and not disturb the my sons sleep
I am looking for an air purifier that will reduce the amount of dust my room accumulates. Not just for the fact that I have a lot of expensive electronics in my room, but also because I seem to always have allergies. My room is about the size of an average college dorm room (not very big) so I am looking for like a table top one or something for less than 0. I was looking into that ionic breeze, however it got a good deal of negative reports especially from consumer reports. Anyone have any recommendations?

My a/c went out this spring and I haven't had to use my a/c vents all summer, until recently. When I turned on my vents during a rainstorm I smelled a horrible moldy smell. I would rather wear a coat and gloves this winter in my car than have to use my heater this with this awful smell. Is there a way to clean out the vents to get rid of the smell?
I am in search of part #10012061.

I learned that the Sharp air purifiers' HEPA filters have an Apatite component to it that apparently provides antibacterial properties to protect the filters from microbial accumulation. Is Apatite a relatively "safe" material to use for an air filter, i.e. is it safe for the resident who is breathing air that comes through the filter? Apatite (a very general term) is usually made up of phosphorus and calcium, but some variants (ie. arsenates like mimemite) may contain arsenic. Could this be a health issue for users? Would the filters use arsenic-based variants in the first place, or are other forms more prevalent and likely to be used in medical/industrial applications?
